All of our merchandise is official merchandise straight from the manufacturer or a licensed distributor. Our Crux, Iwako, Kamio, Mind Wave, Shinzi Katoh, Pool Cool, Q-Lia, and San-x products are made in Japan, with the exception of some stickers.
The majority of our Sanrio products are Sanrio Originals.
A small portion of the Sanrio products we offer are Sanrio Lincense items, made by a licensed distributor of Sanrio products. All Sanrio Licensed items sold on this site are identified as such on that individual item's information page. These are the same Sanrio License products that are for sale in Sanrio boutiques world-wide. All Sanrio items not specifically identified as Sanrio License items are Sanrio Originals. We also stock and sell products from popular Korean brands.

All sales are final. Merchandise returns will only be accepted in the event of a defective or incorrect product. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged during shipping. If you receive a package that was damaged during shipping, please contact your package carrier. Defective products may be returned for a refund or store credit. All items sold on this web-site are new and sold as-is. If you return an item that is not defective, your return will be forfeit. If you receive an incorrect product, you may return it for a product exchange. No refunds will be given for shipping costs. All returns must be completed within 30 days from the date that the order was received. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued within 7 days from the date the refund was approved. The date when the refund appears on your statement is determined by the payment method you have used and is not under the control of KDSS. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
If you would like to return or exchange a defective item, please contact us to request our printable PDF Return/Exchange Form. Please include the reason for the return/exchange, the item number(s), your order number, and your e-mail address in the e-mail.
If case of an out-of-stock item being included in your order total, we will notify you about the item by the email address you provided us. You will have the option to replace the out-of-stock item with an item of equal value. If we do not hear from you in 3 days, we will process and ship the rest of your order. Your credit card will not be charged for any out-of-stock item. If you used PayPal or other payment method, you will be refunded for the out-of-stock item.
All orders are processed within 1-3 days from the time they are placed. Orders placed Monday-Friday may be shipped by the next business day, depending on order volume. All orders ship within 1-3 business days after order has been received. All shipments generate a tracking number and can be tracked on-line. E-mail notifications are sent to confirm your order, to inform you when your order has shipped, and to provide you with your shipment tracking number. If you choose the "USPS Discount Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S.A. only)" option during checkout, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail to any U.S. location.
Starting January 17th, 2016: Due to increased Postal rates, and in order to continue offering low-cost shipping: Orders valued under $25 and/or weighing less than 14 ounces may be shipped via First Class Mail at our discretion. We will continue to offer USPS Flat Rate Priority pricing as an option in addition to our discounted flat rate.
Kawaii Depot Stationery Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please contact your shipping provider in regards to a lost or damaged package. All packages shipped via Priority Mail are insured up to $50 in value. Additional insurance is available for an added fee.
We currently ship all of our packages through the US Postal Service and UPS.
Packages originate from Placer County, CA 95602. The distance of delivery destination and the type of delivery service determine the transit time. Average transit/arrival time for packages shipped to a destination within the United States is 4 days from the date the order was placed.
Kawaiidepot.com ships to most International locations. UPS and the United States Postal Service are available shipping methods for International orders. International orders will be processed and shipped within to 1-4 business days. Delivery dates are determined by the location of your country in regards to the United States. Average transit time for International orders is 6-14 days from the date the order was placed. Package tracking and/or insurance is available upon request for an additional charge. Kawaii Depot is not responsible for any duties or tariffs incurred on International shipments.
